How can I place an order? Orders can be placed online on our website, Instagram or via email. How can I pay for my order? Orders will be paid via PayPal using Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX). No PayPal account is required When and where can I receive my cake We require 3 days in advance for all orders to ensure the freshness of ingredients and quality of the cake. Please contact us via the contact form or Instagram if the order is less than 2 days as we do have limited availability everyday. What are the delivery methods and delivery coverage? We offer both delivery and pick up. Below are a list of suburbs that we deliver to. Sydney delivery post code If your suburb is not listed, our delivery partner Cake Hero can deliver the cake to you.  How long will the cake last? Our cakes are freshly made to order and we only use fresh and natural ingredients so it can last up to 4 days in the fridge. How do I store the cake? All of our cakes will need to be stored in the box provided and inside a refrigerator until you’re ready to eat it. They’re best served chilled. If traveling with your cake for extended periods, keep it in an icebox. Can I change my order? Changes to your order will require at least 72 hours before your pick up/ delivery date. Please send us an email at bakedbyshan@gmail.com Cancellation policy A cancellation/refund or reschedule is permitted up to 72 hours (at least 3 days) prior to your pick up/delivery date. Cancellations are subject to a A$40.00 cancellation fee. Please send us an email to bakedbyshan@gmail.com What if nobody is present to accept the cake upon delivery? Our drivers will wait 10 minutes at the delivery address. After 10 minutes, if nobody arrives, your cake will be returned to our storage facility. You can schedule a re-delivery for an additional fee.  Delivery & pick up time Our own delivery team Monday to Friday: 6pm – 8pm Weekend: 10am – 5pm Cake Hero (3rd party delivery like Uber Eat) 10am – 6pm Pick up time 10am – 6pm CBD deliveries For all Sydney CBD area, you must collect your delivery from the driver on the street (we do not deliver to inside of the building) Apartment delivery If your address is a unit or an apartment, you must collect your delivery from the driver on the street. (We do not deliver to inside of the building)
