Frequently Asked Questions

Orders can be placed online on our website, Instagram or via email.

Orders will be paid via PayPal using Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX). No PayPal account is required

We require 3 days in advance for all orders to ensure the freshness of ingredients and quality of the cake.

Please contact us via the contact form or Instagram if the order is less than 2 days as we do have limited availability everyday.

We offer both delivery and pick up. Below are a list of suburbs that we deliver to.

If your suburb is not listed, our delivery partner Cake Hero can deliver the cake to you. 

Our cakes are freshly made to order and we only use fresh and natural ingredients so it can last up to 4 days in the fridge.

All of our cakes will need to be stored in the box provided and inside a refrigerator until you’re ready to eat it. They’re best served chilled. If traveling with your cake for extended periods, keep it in an icebox.

A cancellation/refund or reschedule is permitted up to 72 hours (at least 3 days) prior to your pick up/delivery date. Cancellations are subject to a A$40.00 cancellation fee.

Our drivers will wait 10 minutes at the delivery address. After 10 minutes, if nobody arrives, your cake will be returned to our storage facility. You can schedule a re-delivery for an additional fee.

For all Sydney CBD area, you must collect your delivery from the driver on the street (we do not deliver to inside of the building)

If your address is a unit or an apartment, you must collect your delivery from the driver on the street. (We do not deliver to inside of the building)
