How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online on our website, Instagram or via email.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders will be paid via PayPal using Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX). No PayPal account is required

Ordering time frame

We require 3 days in advance for all orders to ensure the freshness of ingredients and quality of the cake.

Please contact us via the contact form or Instagram if the order is less than 2 days as we do have limited availability everyday.

Do you do delivery ?

Yes, we do deliver to Sydney Metro.

All orders will be delivered between 10am-6pm on the requested date. The delivery person will call you or buzz you door upon arrival , deliveries will be contactless.

There is a flat fee of $8 for delivery within Sydney Metro.

How should I store the cake ?

To ensure the quality of the cake remains in its best condition, it is highly recommended that it be refrigerated as soon as you receive it.

Please store the cake in the fridge (1°C-3°C). We do not recommend keeping the cake unrefrigerated for more than half an hour.​Our cakes are best eaten chilled from the fridge.

For optimum freshness and enjoyment, we highly recommend that your Millé & B cake is eaten within 3 days of collection.

Dietary requirements and ingredients

Unfortunately, all of our cakes contain gluten and dairy as they are essential to mille crepe cakes.

We only use the freshest and healthiest ingredients for our cakes. We avoid using artificial colouring and flavouring. For example for our strawberry mille crepe cake, we use fresh strawberries and mash them into jam so the taste of the cake will have a very strong flavour of strawberry and it is very fresh.

Do you make any other flavours apart on your menu?

Yes, we do custom orders. We have worked with many customers and created many custom cakes, such as Musang durian mille crepe cake, mange mille crepe cake and coffee & chest nut mille crepe cake. Please send us a message or DM @Bakedbyshan on Instagram for more info.
