Japanese Matcha & red bean mille crepe cake

(1 customer review)

Japanese Matcha & red brean mille crepe cake is made of thin layers of green tea crepes with red beans stacked together with fresh whipped cream in-between. Mille Crepe Cake (ミルクレープケーキ) is a classic French pastry – Gâteau Mille Crêpes. Mille means ‘thousands’ in French. That’s an exaggeration, but it’s fun to imagine Gâteau Mille Crêpes with 1,000 layers. The pastry usually consists of 10 to 20 layers. This elegant and decadent cake will wow your guests when they see the rich green layers!
